Kettlebell Swing

1-
Stand straight with your legs shoulder
width apart and the kettlebell between your legs.
2- Hold the kettlebell with both hands.
3- Swing the kettlebell up using
power thrusts from the hip, thigh and your lower back muscle.
3- Swing it back and forth for 3 to
5 sets of 20 to 30 repetitions
