- Close Grip
Push-ups On Bosu
(Intermediate)
(Triceps, shoulder and pectoral)

1- Start in a push-up position, hands close on Bosu
2- Keep your abs tight, back straight and legs straight.
3- Go down keeping your elbows close to you.
4- Do 8 to 12 repetitions.
