- Side Plank Leg
Raise
(Intermediate)

Buttocks)

1- Start by lying on the side. Standing on your forearm, raise your hip.
2- Keep your abs tight, back straight and legs aligned with your body.
3- Keeping that position, raise your leg straight up aligned with your body.
4- Do 8 to 12 repetitions.
