- Push-up On
Dumbbell

1- Start by lying on the floor, keeping your abs tight, back straight.
2- Place your hands on the dumbbells (round one) in a pronation grip (palm of
the hand facing backward)
and 90� angle at shoulders and elbows.
3- Push up keeping your legs and back straight, abs tight.
4- Do 8 to 12 repetitions (or more).
