Exercise of the month (05/2007)

One Leg Squat on Bosu with Arms Swing - (intermediate to advanced)
(Legs, buttocks and stabilization)


1- Start by standing on one foot on the Bossu. Keep abdominals tight, head over your foot.
2- Bring both arms in front at shoulders level.
3- Start going down by keeping balance on your foot. Keep your head up and your arms in front.
4- When you are down swing your arms behind. As they come back in front start to go back up and on your leg, too. (Your arms will help to lift you up)
5- Repeat the movement 6 to 8 times and then change leg.
